Denver has a new beautifully brilliant bridal magazine called Aisle Style by Reign. We are super excited to be part of this publication full of gorgeous details and inspiration for the discerning bride to be. Reign Magazine had a launch party to introduce Aisle Style held at the beautiful Anna be bridal boutique. We created a 2-color letterpress invitation with our JS Design detail for the oh so grande event. We will post about the invitation later.
For the event itself we created a mini 2-top table filled with paper details galore. We wanted to present ways of how to not only use paper for stationery elements but for decor details as well. Our inspiration was a girly, modern, vintage chic design with paper doilies as the main focus. Doilies are such a fun platform with beautiful laser cut details and can be used in so many different ways. The palette was composed of shades of pinks and white with natural neutrals and crystal clear elements. We started out by using a standard kraft paper wrap as a table runner with a die cut doily table number attached to the front of the runner. We created an all doily chandelier which hung over the table top.
Each place setting featured a circular white doily pink menu card backed with a coral pink paper charger. A mini pink macaroon cookie was presented in mini tart tin topped with a cute paper “Life is Sweet, Eat Dessert First” paper flag.
Three different styles of paper flowers were made and assembled by hand: Tissue paper white hydrangea, shades of pink circular roses with doily centers and modern white cosmos presented in different mercury glass stands.
Kraft mailing tubes were wrapped with doilies and topped with a “Dine with Me” tag to hold silverware settings.
Scalloped paper letterpress coasters printed on our Chandler and Price letterpress were a platform for the glass and bottle.
The details make all the difference and paper is a unique and perfect medium for creative display.
JS Design also has a display during the month of March 2013 at anna be. Check it out while working with the industry best in Denver with your wedding gown!
